Randal Mangham is a lawyer, legislator, entrepreneur and clergyman. He is a principal in the law firm of Randal Alonzo Mangham LLC in Atlanta, GA. Mr. Mangham provides business and legal services to local, national and global concerns, including comprehensive technical and advisory services for strategic protection and development of individual and corporate interests. He is distinguished in his ability to analyze existing challenges and opportunities to develop innovative customized solutions and road maps to success. He utilizes more than 25 years of experience as a practicing attorney to advance and negotiate business and legal issues and positions to maximize potential and value.
He was elected to the Georgia House of Representatives in 2000 and represented the 94th House District of Georgia (D), which includes DeKalb and Rockdale counties until 2010 after unsuccessfully vying for Governor. He served on the Telecommunications, Energy, & Public Utilities, Children & Youth and Judiciary Non-Civil Committees. He is a native of Georgia and is married to the former Andrea Bowen, and has 2 children.
Mr. Mangham has been in the private practice of law since 1980, specializing in the areas of business, personal injury, and civil matters. He has represented individuals, nonprofits and governmental interests in a number of areas, including civil and voting rights litigation and medical negligence. Internationally, he has led with primary responsibility in structuring and implementing the corporate aspects of the contractual relations to partner and joint venture East African companies with those in the U.S. pursuant to a United Nations UNIDO initiative. He has also served from 1987 to present as President of the Metropolitan Management Int'l Corporation, an infrastructure, energy, telecommunications and broadcasting company. He has served as City Attorney and City Judge of the City of Greenville, Georgia. He was also a partner in the law firm of Kendall, Mangham, Kendall and Hurst.

Randal Mangham received his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) Cum Laude in 1980 from the Howard University School of Law, Washington, D. C., and his Bachelors of Arts in 1977 from Howard University School of Communications. He received his Master of Divinity (M.Div.) in 1991 from the Candler School of Theology, Emory University, Atlanta, Georgia. He also matriculated from Morehouse School of Religion in Atlanta and Harvard University John F Kennedy School of Government in Massachusetts.
He is Chair of the Georgia Africa Chamber of Commerce promoting business in Africa and has served on numerous community boards and memberships, including: State Bar of Georgia, 1980; Regional Leadership Institute, Georgia; Past President and Board Member, Gate City Bar Association; lifetime and active member of National Bar Association; member, American Bar Association; Founding Board Member, Georgia Association of African American Attorneys (GAAAA); Board Member of the South DeKalb Community Development Corporation; Past Board Member of Reaching Out to Senior Adults (ROSA); former District Commissioner, Boy Scouts of America, and former member Board of Directors of the YMCA. Mr. Mangham has a host of other affiliations, awards and honors.
